We're B Corp Certified. Again. Here's Why It Matters to Us.
When people ask about our B Corp certification, we always find ourselves going back to the same place.

Our family has been farming the same piece of land for six generations. Growing up there, you absorb something without even realising it. A kind of quiet accountability. When you've cared for the same land for more than 150 years, you stop thinking about what you can take from it. You start thinking about what you'll leave behind.
That's the thread that runs through everything we do at Tiraki. And it's why becoming a B Corp was never really about the certification itself.
Tiraki was founded on the idea that wine is more than a product, it’s a way to bring people together and create meaningful moments.
That philosophy extends beyond the glass.
It informs how we work with our vineyards, how we approach sustainability, and how we think about our impact as a growing global business.
Becoming B Corp certified was never about adding a badge. It was about holding ourselves accountable to the standards we already believed in.
B Corp certification recognises businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
For Tiraki, that means:
- Respecting the land in Marlborough that our wines come from
- Supporting the people behind every part of the process
- Making decisions with long-term impact in mind
It’s an ongoing commitment, one that evolves as we grow.
Recertifying as a B Corp is an important milestone, but it’s not the destination.
It’s a reminder to keep building Tiraki the way we started: with purpose, with intention, and with respect for the world we’re part of.
Because in the end, great wine is about more than taste.
It’s about where it comes from, and what it stands for.
